Mi madre que tiene varias propiedades en la Costa Blanca española no puede ir a España por motivos de salud. Ella no tiene testamento español y quiere hacer uno. ¿ Podrían informarnos si hay alguna forma de hacer un testamento español sin que tenga que viajar a España?. Gracias por su ayuda.

En muchos de nuestros artículos hemos informado a nuestros lectores extranjeros sobre lo aconsejable que es tener un testamento español, cuando se tiene algún bien o parte de él, en España.<\/p>\n

Las ventajas de tener un testamento español son varias, por ejemplo:<\/p>\n

.- Un testamento español redactado de acuerdo con el nuevo reglamento europeo de sucesiones transfronterizas, número 650\/2012, aprobado recientemente, puede hacer que a su sucesión en España le sea de aplicación su ley nacional, y que reduzca las posibilidades de ser impugnado.<\/p>\n

.- Un testamento español agilizará el proceso de administración y adjudiación d herencia en España y puede además ser redactado de forma que reduzca de forma importante el impuestos de Sucesiones a pagar por sus herederos.<\/p>\n

Hay otras muchas ventajas, es por lo que aconsejamos a su madre que haga un testamento español.<\/p>\n

Sobre su consulta referida a la posibilidad de otorgar un testamento español fuera de España, podemos confirmarle que es completamente posible, de hecho, es un servicio que prestamos normalmente en nuestro despacho.<\/p>\n

Las formas mas sencillas de otorgar este testamento español es ante un Notario Público en el mías donde su madre se encuentre, o ante el consultado español en aquél país. <\/p>\n

Así, y tras otras formalidades, podremos igualmente asegurarnos que ese testamento español otorgador fuera de España, se inscribe correctamente en el registro de últimas voluntades.<\/p>\n
