{"id":6365,"date":"2011-03-28T12:03:00","date_gmt":"2011-03-28T12:03:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.white-baos.com\/setting-up-a-business-in-spain-has-been-made-simple\/"},"modified":"2025-09-01T18:21:31","modified_gmt":"2025-09-01T16:21:31","slug":"setting-up-a-business-in-spain-has-been-made-simple","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.white-baos.com\/en\/setting-up-a-business-in-spain-has-been-made-simple\/","title":{"rendered":"Setting up a business in Spain has been made simple."},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\"><\/div>\n<div align=\"justify\"><b><\/b><strong>Making simple the process of <\/strong><strong>setting up a business in Spain.\u00a0<\/strong>It is clear that in the current economic climate it is important to make the process of setting up a company and the paperwork involved as dynamic, simple and fast as possible and thus make the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.white-baos.com\/en\/business-affairs-and-company-commercial-law-in-spain-the-transfer-and-sale-of-shares-in-a-sl-limited-spanish-company-the-share-purchase-between-shareholders\/\">business<\/a> more competitive.<\/p>\n<p>With this aim in mind, the RD- <a href=\"https:\/\/www.boe.es\/buscar\/doc.php?id=BOE-A-2010-19046\">Law 13\/2010<\/a> was approved on the 3rd. of December containing several measures to streamline the process of setting up a business in Spain, making it much faster. These measures affect primarily Spanish Limited Liability Companies (S.L). These being the most used in practice, although the law distinguishes between different types of companies, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The said law on its Article 5, states the possibility to reserve the company name online, directly from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.white-baos.com\/en\/how-to-set-up-a-spanish-company-operate-in-spain-by-using-a-foreign-company\/\">Central Company House<\/a> (Registro Mercantil Central), and once the Deed has been signed to set up the company then this could also be referred online to the corresponding Company House (Registro Mercantil Central) where the register must qualify and register the Deed of the company within a very short time period, providing that there are no incidents or mistakes in the documents sent.<\/p>\n<p>This Article also provides the possibility to obtain online from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.white-baos.com\/en\/wealth-tax-spain\/\">Spanish State Tax<\/a> Administration Agency (AEAT-Hacienda) the temporary tax number (NIF -CIF).
