What is the best way to ensure that the money will be returned if something happened to me or the debtor? What do you recommend?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dear reader, thanks for your inquiry.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Loans between acquaintances, relatives, etc., are very common and normal, but sometimes, due to the trust between the parties, they are not always documented nor formalised in the best and safest possible way, to protect the interests of the parties.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We advise you to:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Document the agreement by signing a Loan Agreement.
